Eduardo Quiroga Forestry Engineer with more than 22 years of experience in the management of renewable natural resources, specialist in certification systems, leading auditor of the FSC certification system. Worked for more than 4 years in the Forestry Superintendence until becoming the Departmental Director of Santa Cruz. Owner Manager of the consulting firm Gestión & Economía ForestalSRL. For three years he was responsible in Bolivia for the purchase of certified wood for the company Mundiforest, a certified industry with chain of custody in Palmade Mallorca Spain. Worked in independent consulting for NGOs: WWF, SNV, FCBC, CFV, IBIF. Worked for two administrations in the Authority of Social Control of Forests and Lands (ABT), as responsible for the Bolivian System of Forest Certification and Incentives (SBCBI). Humberto Gómez Cerveró – Development Officer Organizationaly Programs Biologist with a master’s degree in wildlife management and conservation, doctoral studies in natural sciences for development. With more than 20 years of professional experience in climate change, forests and deforestation and their mainstreaming into sustainable development projects; design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects and programs; strategic planning and adaptive planning; biotrade and natural resource management; protected areas management and land management; and management and administration of nonprofit organizations. He has been a university professor and tutor for several degree theses. He has 41 publications including articles per review, book chapters and edited books. He has experience working with international cooperation organizations (FAO, IFAD, UNCTAD) and has participated in several meetings of the parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Convention on Biological Diversity.
